It’s not every day we get visiting MMA Legends to our Cardiff Gym but that’s exactly what happened when PFL – Professional Fighters League – came to visit us.

In addition to an inspiring talk on their fighting careers, the UFC Hall of Famer Randy Couture treated the Young People to some drills on the mats, and they got to partner up with MMA and BJJ Legend Kenny Florian for a session in the gym.
